RETURNS
Each customer is promised quality of service and premium garments. If there is evidence of this not being the case, the customer has 60 days from receiving the product to return it for a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels, nor do we cover that expense. However, we will cover the cost of shipment for the replacement.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a defective item, we will send you a replacement item free of charge without the need for you to return the initial item.
EXCHANGES
Our exchange platform makes it extremely easy to process your exchange for size, color, different attire.
For example: customer ordered 2 at-shirts but would like to exchange for a hoodie and T-shirt. Our system will then request payment information for anything requiring an up-charge (exchanging a t-shirt for a jacket) or the system will auto refund you for the price different (exchange t-shirt for a hoodie, jacket etc.)
REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It takes some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take about two weeks to show up in your bank statements. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A refund will be issued only after the package has arrived. We are not able to issue a refund while the package is in transit.
It is important that the customer contact us for all inquiries as we will not accept unauthorized returns.
ORDER CANCELLLATIONS
We can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Any order that in transit cannot be cancelled.
In order to get a refund, you will have to wait for the package to arrive, then ship it back to us. Once we have received your package, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If a package gets returned to us by the postal service for any reason outside of our control the customer has up to 15 days to contact us with an updated address to redeliver the package. These circumstances include but not limited to unclaimed packages at the postal office, refusal to accept the delivery of the package, wrong delivery address provided by the customer.
The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
If the customer fails to contact us in the allotted time above the clothing will be returned to or store.
International Orders/Shipping
- We currently only use DHL for international shipping.
- Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. These are calculated at checkout.
- International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
- Orders are generally received within 10-12 business days but may take longer depending on individual shipping carriers
- Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.
- Free shipping is not offered to orders being shipped outside the US.
